5K a year The Machine Operator safely and efficiently operates assorted cook rooms and packaging machines required in the production of cooked food which meets internal quality standards and complies with all federal state and local laws.
Responsibilities:
- Safely and knowledgeably operating all machinery and tools as required, including, but not limited to:
Film lift, WULF packaging machine, ROSS bowl machine, ECONO-PAK packaging robot, LYCO blancher, ARTEMIS tray sealer, pallet jacks, scales, and VEMAG depositor.
- Accurately gathering, observing, recording, labelling, and reporting data on Production paperwork.
-Remaining up to date and knowledgeable about the products being cooked, including, but not limited to:
platform instructions, cooked product specifications, organoleptic product review criteria, lot traceability, and product labelling requirements - Communicating orally and in writing with other employees (e.
g.
cooks, Leads, Supervisors, etc.
) - Ensuring work area is clean and sanitary at all times.
- Understanding and following food safety protocols including, but not limited to:
HACCP, GMP, and Sanitation.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
