Ideal candidate will be hard-working, self-sufficient, motivated, organized and de tail-oriented, with knowledge of court procedures.
Candidate will be responsible for assisting in high quality legal representation and must demonstrate knowledge in the claims/litigation/settlement process.
Ability to provide excellent client service while maintaining aggressive case handling with a focus upon resolution is essential.
Candidate must have the ability to independently handle tasks from assignment through resolution.
