Looking for a Sales Support & Customer Support Coordinator to join their ever expanding team.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:



  • Processes change orders and amendments from internal and external customers utilizing customer PO management sites when necessary.

  • Enters sales orders in ERP system.

  • Verifies prices and terms.

  • Works with various departments to reconcile Customer needs and orders with incomplete or inaccurate information.

  • Maintains electronic Sales Order database

  • Provides reports as requested.

  • Resolves customer service questions, concerns and requests received via e-mail or phone.


Requirements;


Process and maintain orders in SAP and CRM liaising with customers throughout the order ensuring the delivery of a high quality response to all enquiries and meeting customer delivery deadlines. Ensure that all orders processed are within the company discount policy.


Co-ordinate, escalate and resolve ongoing issues or disputes (via the dispute system) with senior team members to ensure their timely and successful resolution. Create credit notes when required and investigate any credit note disputes providing a timely resolution to any issues.


Liaise with internal departments to ensure customer expectations and deadlines are met and that customers receive a high quality service within the scheduled timescale.


Build, strengthen and maintain effective external and internal customer relationships via telephone, emails and visits.


Ad hoc duties as required by the Internal Sales Manager.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
