Human Resources Manager

Responsibilities & Duties: Builds strong relationships at all levels in order to make solid decisions and/or recommendations in the best interest of our people and the business Administers company policy and ensures compliance with federal, state and local law. Keeps current with legislation affecting human resources and trains plant personnel when necessary.   Creates and executes plant recruitment plans to ensure plant is fully staffed at all times. Plans and conducts new employee on boarding processes, including new employee orientation. Partners with plant management to execute employee training and career development plans. Partners with plant management to establish proactive strategies to facilitate positive employee relations and engagement.   Ensures plant personnel files and records are maintained accurately. Oversees the attendance program. Oversees safety programs in compliance with government regulations. Serves as liaison between management and employees by handling questions and parting with plant management to resolve work-related issues.  Investigates employee complaints and makes recommendations regarding resolution. Participates in developing department goals, objectives and systems. Recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures to ensure continuous improvement effectiveness and efficiency of the HR Department. Partners with management to ensure all human resources needs are met. Qualifications Minimum BS Degree in Human Resources or Business Management 3+ years' experience as a Human Resources Generalist preferable in a manufacturing facility Demonstrated ability to develop and execute Talent Acquisition strategies/plans Demonstrated ability to train managers and employees Experience in Employee Relations, complaint investigation and resolution Strong organizational, critical thinking, conflict management and communications skills Attention to detail  Expertise in Microsoft Office Programs

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
